4XTechnologies is excited to announce its new President, Dr. Joshua Nowak.  This change follows last year’s reorganization of RMX Technologies into the 4XGroup, with wholly owned subsidiary 4XTechnologies continuing the mission of technology creation in plasma science and engineering.  Dr. Truman Bonds will remain engaged serving on the 4XGroup Board of Directors and will continue to support 4XT technically.  Dr. Bonds also serves as the CTO of 4M Carbon Fiber Corp., whose mission is to fundamentally change the carbon fiber market using 4XT’s plasma oxidation technology.  Over the last year, Dr. Nowak has proven himself exemplary in his role as Vice President for Research and Development at 4XTechnologies, and he will immediately assume all executive and operational leadership responsibilities.

Dr. Nowak has thirteen years of experience in atmospheric plasma research, along with five years of experience leading research teams. He received his M.S. and B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from NC State University, as well as a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Nowak also holds a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Statistics from the University of New Hampshire. He is currently an MBA Candidate at the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
